■ The French government appoints him “Chevalier dans l'Ordre national du mérite”.
■ He was awarded as the No. 1 chef in the world, according to The World's 50 Best Restaurants.
■ Receive the 3rd Michelin star and becomes the first and only foreigner with that award in France.
■ Mauro opens his 1st restaurant in the US, Florie's, located inside the Four Seasons Resort in Palm Beach, FL.

Mirazur receives the new Michelin Guide seal for its commitment to sustainability and is the first restaurant in the world to obtain “Plastic Free Certification”.
